Placing an order
Adding a piece to your bag doesn't reserve it — stock is only committed when you place the order. If something sells out between those two moments, we'll tell you at checkout rather than take an order we can't fill.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed.
Payment
Orders are paid cash on delivery. By placing an order you commit to accepting and paying for the parcel at the address you gave us. Repeatedly refusing delivery may mean we decline future orders.
Discount codes
Codes apply only to eligible pieces, can't be combined unless we say so, and may carry a minimum spend, a per-customer limit or an expiry date. We reserve the right to withdraw a code that's being misused.
Colour and description
We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, but weave, dye lot and your own screen all shift how a colour reads. A slight variation from the photograph isn't a fault — though it is, of course, covered by our returns policy.
Reviews
Reviews you submit are moderated before publication. We'll publish honest criticism happily; we won't publish anything abusive, off-topic, or written to promote something else.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
