What we collect

• Order details— your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We can't ship a parcel without them.
• Account details — if you create an account, the above plus a password we store only as a one-way hash. We never see or store your password itself.
• Your bag — the pieces you add are stored against a random session identifier in your browser so your bag survives a refresh.
• Newsletter — your email address, only if you hand it to us.

What we don't collect

We do not take card details. Orders are paid cash on delivery, so no payment information passes through this site at all.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, to answer you when you get in touch, and — if you asked for it — to send you the occasional note about new pieces. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the courier who needs your address to deliver your parcel.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as we're required to keep them for accounting purposes. Everything else we delete on request.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details any time under your account. Every newsletter can be unsubscribed from, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage for two things: keeping your bag, and keeping you signed in. Both are strictly functional — there are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies here.
